Our Farm

Our family’s olive grove is tucked between the rolling hillsides of the Adelaida Mountains in Paso Robles, California.

Founded in 2021, the farm is located on Stag's Leap Way in Paso Robles, California. We are a small, family-run business producing a bold, bright green, peppery, and grassy Tuscan Cultivars/Blend Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

Our farm is home to four hundred olive trees. The orchard is lovingly tended to and harvested by hand to ensure that we deliver the highest quality product possible. We believe in a slow and natural process using organic methods and dry-farming techniques, that allows olive trees to grow and produce the finest olives possible. We believe in minimal handling and no preservatives to maintain the quality, flavor and nutritional value of our olive oil.
 
Our mission is to preserve and promote the work of artisanal olive oil and  production. Our family is passionate about creating a olive oil that not only tastes great but is also good for you.

Dry Farmed / Hand-Picked / Regenerative

Nestled in the alkaline-rich Adelaida Mountains of Paso Robles, our undisturbed olive grove of four hundred trees produces an intense Tuscan blend of Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

Our blend of Frantoio, Leccino, Pendolino, and Maurino olives are hand-picked and cold-pressed within hours of being harvested, ensuring the distinctive flavor, premium freshness, maximum polyphenol content and rich antioxidants.

We grow our olives naturally, without any chemicals or artificial fertilizers, which gives our oil a distinct taste and freshness.

It is bold, bright green, peppery, aromatic, and grassy because the olive trees are grown naturally without any pesticides, fertilizer or even irrigation. Just rain and sun.
