Watch the sunset on the horizon while tasting estate grown Extra Virgin Olive Oil, led by farm manager Sam Lee Wasserman. Listen about the history of the farm while you soak in the breathtaking sunset at the highest point on the property. We’ll guide you on a sensory experience tasting the difference between our harvests and show how nature dictates the flavor of our oil each year. You will learn how our dry-farming and natural practices produce a green, peppery, fragrant olive oil packed with health benefits. This offering is a perfect ending to a day of wine tastings in the Adelaida district or after dinner in downtown Paso Robles. Tasting will take place at the top of our property with views of surrounding wineries and the valley below. We can accommodate all levels of ability in order to provide a comfortable experience for all guests. Groups larger than 10 can be scheduled by contacting us directly.
